Here is the story behind it

 

Onium is a generic name for a bound state of two particles of opposite charge that orbit around each other to form a whole. It stands here as a metaphor for the inherent duality/equilibrium present in yoga: HA and THA, solar and lunar, Sthira (strength) and Sukah (ease), Yang and Yin... there are many manifestations/representations of it. The metaphor also connects with one of my other passions: Physics. I have been working as a theoretical particle physicist for many years, and indeed my Ph.D. thesis was mainly about bound states of certain particles called heavy quarks; these bound states are known as heavy Quarkonium.
